Two Elephants Go Wild, Break Through Barricades At Mysuru Palace

Tension erupted at Mysore Palace when 2 Dasara elephants, Kanjan and Dhananjaya, clashed during feeding. Dhananjaya’s aggressive behavior caused Kanjan to flee, creating panic among spectators. The elephants broke through barricades at the Jayamarthanda Gate and Someshwara Temple entrance, reaching the road near Doddakere Maidan. Palace staff safely regaining control of elephants.
