On Sept 18, the Indian Embassy in the US announced the death of a mission member. They’re coordinating with the family and relevant agencies to ensure the swift transfer of the remains to India. The embassy expressed deep regret, stating, “We wish to confirm that a member of the Embassy of India passed away.” They emphasized privacy, adding, “Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.”
