Air Marshal Amar Preet Singh will succeed Air Chief Marshal Vivek Ram Chaudhari as the Chief of the Indian Air Force on September 30, 2024. Currently the Vice Chief, Singh has a distinguished career spanning nearly four decades, including roles as Flight Commander and Air Officer Commanding. He is a graduate of prestigious military institutions, enhancing his leadership capabilities.
