The Bangladesh Supreme Court on Wednesday acquitted ex-PM Khaleda Zia in a corruption case, overturning her 10-year prison sentence. The court reviewed her appeal against the High Court ruling in the Zia Orphanage Trust graft case, also acquitting Zia’s son, Tarique Rahman, and others involved in the case.
