The Delhi High Court questioned the Centre, Delhi government, MCD and Delhi University over the Satya Niketan building collapse that killed seven people. The court asked why unsafe PGs operate without proper approval and stressed that authorities cannot avoid responsibility. It directed them to submit responses within 10 days. The next hearing is on September 25.
