Telangana BJP chief N. Ramchander Rao and other party workers were detained during a protest over pending fee reimbursement dues. A clash broke out as police stopped their march to the Assembly. Some protesters were injured. The BJP says nearly ₹15,000 crore is pending. The Assembly was also briefly adjourned after BJP MLAs protested.
