Yashvir Wins Silver, Rohit Bronze In Javelin

India won two medals in men's javelin at the Asian Games 2026. Yashvir Singh led for most of the event but finished second, taking silver. Sri Lanka's Pathirage took gold with a brilliant 88.55-metre throw. It was a strong showing for India, with two athletes on the podium in the same event. Yashvir missed gold narrowly after leading much of the final.
