BLOs To Collect Papers From Noticed Voters: SIR

Telangana's Chief Electoral Officer said voters who got SIR notices will no longer need to attend hearings. Booth Level Officers (BLOs) will visit their homes to collect documents and upload them online for review. Hearings will only happen in rare cases, preferably online. Help desks and special camps will also be set up for homeless people, labourers, and the poor.
