A Delhi University student alleged that men in a car harassed her and her friend before following them and attempting to pull them inside. Delhi Police traced the vehicle and identified its driver. An FIR was registered at Mukherjee Nagar police station under stalking, insulting a woman’s modesty and common-intention provisions, with further probe underway.
