Air India has terminated the Phuket-Delhi flight’s pilot after a confirmatory test found a psychoactive substance in his system. The AAIB called the finding a serious safety concern and urged DGCA to act. The August 4 flight suddenly lost 300 feet, injuring 24 people, including four seriously.
