Delhi Police arrested Deepak Khatri, 45, allegedly linked to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Police said he acted as a link between jailed gang members and their associates outside. He is also accused of helping arrange illegal foreign weapons and ammunition. So far, 18 people have been arrested, with 32 weapons and 363 bullets recovered.
