The Uttar Pradesh government has sent a 32-member SDRF team and 22 PAC personnel to Nepal to rescue stranded residents amid severe floods. Four rubber boats and an aluminium boat have also been arranged. A control room is monitoring border districts, while families can call helpline 1070 for information about relatives stuck in Nepal.
