5 people were arrested for allegedly posing as GST officials and extorting ₹29 lakh from a Noida GST consultant. The accused allegedly intercepted his car, threatened him over fake e-way bills and demanded money. Police recovered the entire amount, including cash and jewellery, along with two cars, uniforms and seven mobile phones allegedly used in the crime.
