A UP woman, Rashmi Arora, found her bank locker empty after depositing Rs 50 lakh in gold there in 2003. Following her husband's death, she moved and stopped visiting. Four months ago, she discovered the bank had merged. Upon accessing the locker on July 27, it was empty. Police are investigating.
