The INDIA bloc met in Jammu, presided over by Congress leader Raman Bhalla, to plan its campaign against CEC Gyanesh Kumar over alleged "institutional capture" of the Election Commission. The alliance demands his removal, prosecution, and arrest, alongside paper ballot voting and pre-SIR electoral rolls. A pan-India "Save Democracy" campaign runs October 2-8.
