India's broadband subscriber base rose from 1,094.48 million in July to 1,101.21 million in August, growing 0.61% monthly. Active wireless subscribers reached 1,207.59 million, while 15.83 million MNP requests were recorded. Wireline subscribers increased to 48.45 million, with tele-density rising to 3.39%. PSU providers held 16.05% of the wireline market.
