The Supreme Court today agreed to urgently list former West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee's plea challenging the EC's interim decision to freeze the Trinamool Congress' name and poll symbol. Banerjee's counsel sought an early hearing, arguing that the decision came after the by-poll notification process began. The court said the matter would also be listed soon.
