Delhi HC To Hear Contempt Case Against Kejriwal, AAP Leaders

The Delhi High Court listed for November 16 its criminal contempt case against AAP leaders Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, Sanjay Singh and others over allegedly vilifying social media posts against Justice Swarna Kanta Sharma. The bench granted four weeks to file replies, asking the registry to supply incomplete material. A separate contempt petition was also listed.
