The Supreme Court today adjourned the hearing on a plea concerning the disqualification of Khairatabad MLA Danam Nagender. Advocate Mukul Rohatgi argued that the High Court had entertained a plea earlier rejected by Speaker and warned that delay could lead to by-poll. The respondents sought fresh date, after which the court scheduled it for the day after next.
