Telangana Tension Over Ambedkar Book, Author Arrested

Tension rose in Telangana over a book titled “Kalpitha Nayakudu” (The Fabricated Leader) about Dr B.R. Ambedkar. Dalit groups protested against its contents and demanded action. Police arrested author Hamara Prasad and seized copies. The Telangana High Court was informed about the arrest and asked about removing the book from online platforms.
