CBI To Seek Interpol RCN Against Shehzad Bhatti

After India banned the Shehzad Bhatti network under UAPA, the CBI plans to seek an Interpol Red Corner Notice against him. Officials believe the ISI may move Bhatti to Pakistan from Dubai or Brazil, where he operates. He allegedly recruits Indian youths for surveillance, smuggling, and attacks. India aims to finish the probe and file a charge sheet.
