Flipkart has created over 2.5 lakh seasonal jobs across India ahead of the festive season. Nearly 75,000 roles are for first-time workers. Last-mile delivery will get about 1.4 lakh jobs. The company is also opening 900 delivery hubs, mainly in smaller cities, while women make up over 20% of its supply chain workforce this year.
