Rahul Gandhi Slams Modi Over UPI Fee Issue

Rahul Gandhi accused the Modi govt of quietly opening the door to UPI fees by permitting MDR on merchant transactions above ₹2,000. He said such transactions account for nearly 65% of UPI's total value and claimed merchants would pass charges to customers through higher prices. He alleged PM Modi was surrendering to pressure from American payment companies.
