A 35-year-old Chinese man with an intellectual disability sought treatment for painful urination and blood in urine. Scans revealed multiple metallic objects across his body, including a 36mm sewing needle piercing his heart's pericardium and entering the left ventricle. Needles were also found in his bladder, covered in stone-like deposits. Their origin remains unknown.
