Amritsar Airport On High Alert Amid Drone Scare

Amritsar's Sri Guru Ram Das Ji International Airport was placed on high alert after 2 to 4 suspected drones were spotted near the runway around 10 pm on Sunday night. The sightings prompted an ATC alert, while 7 flights were diverted as a precaution. The objects reportedly hovered over sensitive areas for several minutes after approaching from Rajala village.
