The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) claimed responsibility for 2 attacks on Pakistani forces in Balochistan's Ziarat and Surab districts, reportedly killing 25 personnel. The BLA said 18 soldiers were killed after a military convoy was ambushed at Ziarat Cross, while seven died in a separate explosives-laden vehicle attack in the Hajika area of Surab.
