SC Pauses Allahabad HC Proceedings Against Rahul

Rahul Gandhi today secured interim relief from the Supreme Court in a disproportionate assets case. A bench headed by Chief Justice Surya Kant issued notice to the CBI and ED, directing them not to submit any report for now. The court also asked the Allahabad HC to defer further proceedings, while examining the legality of directions ordering agency verification.
