Air India has asked passengers travelling from August 10 to 20, 2026, to reach airports early due to enhanced security checks. Travellers should allow extra time for check-in, baggage screening and security procedures. Chennai Airport is also on high alert during this period. The airline advised passengers to plan ahead to avoid delays.
