A Delhi court sentenced former AAP councillor Tahir Hussain and others to life imprisonment for the 2020 murder of IB staffer Ankit Sharma during northeast Delhi riots. Calling it a very serious crime that shook society, the court said the brutal killing warranted strict punishment. Sharma's body was found in a drain. Hussain had denied the charges.
