Govt Approves ₹3.15 Cr For PM-KISAN Extension

The Union Cabinet has extended the PM-KISAN scheme for five years till 2030-31 with an outlay of ₹3.15 lakh crore. Farmers will receive ₹6,000 annually in three DBT instalments. The scheme supports crop-cycle needs, ensures timely funds for inputs, reduces reliance on informal credit, and strengthens farmers’ incomes through continued financial support.
