Mirabai Chanu Scripts CWG History, Wins Gold

India enjoyed a memorable Day 4 at 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow as weightlifting star Mirabai Chanu won a gold in the women's 48kg category with a record total lift of 190kg. It marked her third consecutive CWG gold medal. India also earned two weightlifting silvers, while boxers Jadumani and Preeti Pawar advanced to next round with impressive victories.
