6.62 Lakh Plants To Boost Delhi's Green Cover

Delhi's monsoon plantation drive has planted over 6.62 lakh saplings across 675 parks, ridge zones, biodiversity parks and green corridors since early July. The DDA has achieved nearly 30% of its 23-lakh target, with 16.38 lakh more to go. Part of Mission 70 Lakh, the campaign uses native species and involves community groups.
