A huge fire broke out at a mechanic shed in Vijayawada's Auto Nagar this afternoon, rapidly spreading to private buses parked nearby. Seven buses were completely gutted in the blaze, causing big damage. Firefighters rushed to the scene and launched operations to contain the flames.
