A woman in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh, drank acid mistaken for water at a jewellery shop and is battling for her life in hospital. After two sips, she began vomiting. Police say a boy fetched the bottle from a nearby shop, mistakenly bringing acid. Investigations are underway to determine how it happened.
