Germany legend Philipp Lahm criticized FIFA President Gianni Infantino for "selling out" the World Cup, condemning high ticket prices and lack of transparency on demand. He slammed the expanded 32-team Club World Cup for affecting player fitness and rejected the idea of hosting the tournament every two years. He praised the 48-team World Cup expansion, however.
