Vijayawada Lockup Death: HC Adjourns CBI Probe Petition

The Andhra Pradesh High Court today adjourned hearing on a PIL seeking a CBI probe into the alleged custodial death of 25-year-old Gade Sai Krishna, who disappeared after being picked up by Krishna Lanka police in Vijayawada. The state said an SIT is probing the case, the accused officer has been arrested, and the matter is posted to July 6.
