Nahida Akter has been named Bangladesh women’s new T20I captain, replacing Nigar Sultana, who stepped down to focus on her game. Sobhana Mostary will serve as vice-captain. Sultana will continue leading the ODI team. The change comes after Bangladesh suffered a 3-0 ODI series defeat against Australia and look to bounce back.
