Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will visit Dushanbe, Tajikistan, on October 19-20 for the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation meeting. Member countries will discuss trade, investment, connectivity and economic growth. The meeting will also review ongoing projects and explore ways to strengthen cooperation in innovation, digital services and regional development.
