Rahul Gandhi accused Delhi Police of refusing to file a case over the alleged assault of two female students, Athira from Kerala and Ritu from Rajasthan. He said a zero FIR had been registered in Kerala and promised legal action against the officers involved. Gandhi added that police force could not break peaceful protests or students' determination.
