The Andhra Pradesh State Election Commission (SEC) has issued a notification on symbol allocation forg local body polls. Symbols previously allotted to recognised parties will continue to be used for mayoral and ward-member polls. The SEC has also included the NOTA (None of the Above) option on ballots. Meanwhile, 28 IAS officers have been appointed as EOs.
