CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke condemned the five-day judicial custody of members Ashutosh Ranka and Saurav Das over an incident at Delhi's Jantar Mantar. Claiming they were detained for unfurling the national flag, Dipke accused the government of suppressing dissent and challenged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to officially declare an emergency.
