Delhi Police placed 3 CJP members, Saurav Das, Ashutosh Ranka and Ajinkya Shinde, under preventive arrest following their alleged unauthorised entry into Jantar Mantar. Facing multiple charges, they may appear in court today. CJP's legal chief Ratna Singh questioned the arrests, alleging denial of legal access and procedural violations during detention.
