The Sarannavaratri celebrations are underway with devotion at Kanaka Durga Temple atop Indrakeeladri in AP's Vijayawada. On the third day, Goddess Durga is worshipped as Sri Annapurna Devi, the divine provider of food and nourishment. Special offerings, including Paravannam, Daddhyojanam and Katte Pongali, are also presented to the Goddess.
