Dinesh Vijan confirmed "Stree 3" will begin filming by late 2027 and hit cinemas in 2028. Speaking at FICCI Frames 2026, he said Amar Kaushik will first direct Mahavatar, based on Lord Parshuram. Vijan teased that "Stree 3" will retain everything audiences love while delivering major surprises, possibly targeting Independence Day or Christmas.
