A special NIA court granted ex policeman Sachin Waze bail in the 2021 Antilia bomb scare and Mansukh Hiran murder case. The court said the prosecution failed to establish a prima facie terrorism case under UAPA. It noted the gelatin sticks lacked detonators and Hiran's death was not directly linked to a terrorist act. Waze was released on a 1 lakh personal bond.
