Hitech City and Financial District have Hyderabad's best footpaths, wide and granite-paved. But other areas are bad — broken, narrow, or blocked by parked cars and construction. Raidurg Metro has poor footpaths; Kondapur's are taken over by vehicles. Along HCU, there is no footpath at all. The Supreme Court says safe footpaths are a fundamental right.
