Mumbai ranked 8th among 46 global housing markets, with prime property prices rising 6.2% yearly in the June quarter. Bengaluru ranked 12th with a 4.5% rise, ahead of Delhi at 17th with 3.9%. Tokyo topped the list with a 50.7% jump. Knight Frank India said Mumbai's growth shows strong demand and limited supply, supporting long-term wealth creation.
