Central government employees and pensioners may receive their September salary and pension tomorrow, ahead of the proposed three-day nationwide bank strike from September 28 to 30. The Finance Ministry’s decision covers Defence, Posts and Telecommunications staff. Any required adjustment to advance payments will be made from October salaries.
