The Delhi Cabinet has approved the DURGA scheme, introducing 1,300 pink electric autos for women and transgender drivers. The first phase will allocate 1,170 autos to women and 130 to transgender beneficiaries across 13 revenue districts. Applications will also be accepted through a dedicated online portal, with the launch date yet to be announced.
