The BJP announced a major organisational reshuffle across 28 states and eight UTs, effective immediately. Former MP Harish Dwivedi is the new Karnataka in-charge, with Dr Kasam Venkateshwarlu as co-in-charge. Dwivedi also handles Bihar. Anil Baluni was named communication department coordinator under party president Nitin Nabin.
